Each time I come back from a wilderness kayaking trip I feel grounded and connected, knowing the aspects of my life that are important to me. I hope that you can experience this peace by connecting to your embodied interactions with nature on this trip. -John __________ Join us for a wonderful and relaxing paddle exploring beautiful Howe Sound. This location offers sheltered waters for paddling with stunning mountain ranges in the background! Each day will consist of a morning yoga session, a few hours of paddling, an evening meditation, and plenty of time to relax on the water's edge listening to the lapping of waves and enjoying the serenity of nature. __________ Jess Bradshaw, a Paddle Canada Kayak instructor and guide, will be your lead guide, providing safety on the water, teaching paddling skills, and cooking delicious meals. No kayaking experience required! Drew, a yoga instructor and SUP instructor, will be leading yoga and meditative sessions both on land and on the water. These are aimed at connecting to ourselves and being grounded in the present moment. New to yoga and meditation? No problem! Drew loves working with people of all experience levels. Shea will be your assistant guide, helping you feel comfortable on the water and talking your ear off about our local environment. Completing his MSc. in geomicrobiology at UBC, Shea loves sharing his excitement about science! __________ For $750.00 you can join us on this exploration. All of the gear for camping and kayaking is included, as well as your meals. The only things you need to provide are toiletries and clothing (paddling clothing is provided). We will launch from Porteau Cove on the morning of June 17th and return the evening of the 19th. Cancellation Policy

To cancel a course, journey, or rental, please contact us via email at tidaljourneys@gmail.com Cancellations made at least 60 days in advance will be given a full refund minus a $10 booking fee. Cancellations made at least 30 days in advance will be given a full refund minus $100. Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance will not receive a refund. Please note that any cancellations due to COVID-19 will be fully reimbursed.
