John Lippert, the owner of Tidal Journeys, has been instructing and guiding ocean kayaking since 2018, being mentored by some of the most renowned kayak instructors and guides on the West Coast. Having educational and experiential background in military leadership,  trauma medicine, and spiritual care, John brings all of his experience and passion to each kayaking journey. ​

When not guiding or instructing, you can find John exploring our local Olympia waters, investing in community, or spending time with his family.
