Do you have a team that would benefit from an adventurous outing to help them connect? Kayaking provides the backdrop of fun and beauty while your team embarks on a journey that will necessitate collaborative work to accomplish the goals of the trip. We will guide your team through several team building exercises that include a mix of fun and enjoyment as well as personal depth. The team members will leave knowing more about each other, themselves, and with a greater sense of connection to the team's values. No kayaking experience is necessary! We will provide all of the kayaking gear necessary, and will be paddling in calm locations to ensure the safety and tranquility of your team. Before we get on the water we will provide a brief paddling lesson for the team. We can host groups up to 8 depending on our guide availability, and have several paddling locations in the South Sound where we can meet and paddle from. The cost for a 4-hour trip is $129 per team member. The cost for an 8-hour trip is $199 per team member. Team leaders, please plan on meeting with our lead guide for one hour at least one week in advance so we can get to know your team values and goals. From there, we will write up a curriculum including discussions and exercises that meet your team where they are currently at, and call them into further depth of connection.
